 preparing feasibility studies, plans, specifications and budgets for projects;

 preparing bills of materials, tender documentation, select license general contractor;

 monitoring costs and report to clients during the design and construction of projects determining final costs of the project;

 administration of contract and claim related correspondence;

 supporting the project management team during negotiations

 Identifying and communicating recommendations to the project management team about all conceivable risks. ie: technical, time, commercial, contractual and managerial risks

 Experience with the preparation and pursuit of claims up to and including arbitration. 

 Control (program, budget, and quality) of the whole building services and installations. 

 Monitor and control subcontractors performance and execution. 

 Ensure that the project forecast end value total is maintained (on-time & on-budget). 

 Train staff on the management and integration of building surfaces to ensure program adherence and the minimum of disruptive and abortive work. To establish defined closure procedures for all concealed installations. 

 Provide support in applying for construction loans (Residential and Commercial)
